After having played for 11 minutes, Filip Öman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skoghall FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filip Öman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filip Öman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ivar Borre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bernt Knutsson fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nykvarn BF's protests and gave Bernt Knutsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Nykvarn BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernt Knutsson to maneuver through the defense. Wilhelm Lindberg kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Nykvarn BF's Torsten Cane got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rudolf Ståhlman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Andreasson having to interfere. The supporters of Skoghall FK booed when Nykvarn BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Knutsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sune Glanselius took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ivar Borre. Nykvarn BF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ivar Borre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filip Öman's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Filip Öman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torsten Cane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Andreasson having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sven-Ove Kinnman hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the game, Filip Öman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivar Borre. Filip Öman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Ivar Borre made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Sture Odén sent off a good shot on target. If Elias Palmkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nykvarn BF's goalkeeper Ivar Borre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nykvarn BF's Ivar Borre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Nykvarn BF from getting a goal against them. Sture Odén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ivar Borre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Filip Öman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivar Borre was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 74th match minute, Nykvarn BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ove Hökkvist to maneuver through the defense. Filip Öman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Borre having to interfere. Ivar Borre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Öman in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nykvarn BF's Jens-Ove Hökkvist got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute Filip Öman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Borre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Sture Odén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
