An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Öberg in the 6th minute of play forced Tärnaby IK's goalkeeper Joseph Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes of play, FK Villastan's Carl Vassenius made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseph Andersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joseph Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Öberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Joseph Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mattias Söderberg kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Andreasson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Joseph Andersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute of the match Sonny Eckegren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joseph Andersson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emanuel Öberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Joseph Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Tärnaby IK defense, Torbjörn Andreasson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joseph Andersson. The Tärnaby IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joseph Andersson should have stopped the shot. In the 48th minute Emanuel Öberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tärnaby IK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FK Villastan were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Emanuel Öberg made the kick off in the second half. Torbjörn Andreasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joseph Andersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. If Emanuel Öberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emanuel Öberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 62 minutes, Martin Tomasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tärnaby IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Tomasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute Emanuel Öberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Tomasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Johan Levander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Tomasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Levander having to interfere. Martin Tomasson came free in the 77th minute and tried to tip the ball over Johan Levander, but to the joy of FK Villastan's supporters the ball went over. Carl Vassenius hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Arvid Bengtsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Torbjörn Andreasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tärnaby IK's Martin Tomasson got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in FK Villastan's zone, Mattias Söderberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johan Levander came out of the goal and Mattias Söderberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 95 played minutes FK Villastan got a freekick which was hit by Carl Vassenius.
