After recieving a nice pass, Sörsjön FK's Valentin Eskilsson tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Gunnar Ahlström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pär Alebäck. Båtskärsnäs RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gunnar Ahlström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Roland Björk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Adam Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Engström in the 18th minute of play forced Sörsjön FK's goalkeeper Adam Holm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roland Björk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Adam Holm made a huge save. In the 23rd minute, Roland Björk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gunnar Ahlström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Ferm kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Roland Björk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Holm having to interfere. If Gunnar Ahlström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sörsjön FK's Adam Holm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Björk in the 41st minute of play. Roland Björk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Engström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Engström in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Holm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Holm having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, Sörsjön FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Pååk to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sörsjön FK's Christer Lund got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Pär Alebäck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonardo Ferm charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonardo Ferm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes Båtskärsnäs RK got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Ferm. Valentin Eskilsson, 92 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Roland Björk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Tomas Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sörsjön FK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
