Joar Albohm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Hjeltman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt Lind fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joar Albohm having to interfere. After 21 played minutes, Veinge BK's Pelle Smed shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joar Albohm came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Veinge BK reached it. Pär Ivarsson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Veinge BK's David Sundström in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ransäter RK's goalie prevented a goal. Joar Albohm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Olofsson in the 40th minute of play. Joar Albohm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Sundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ola Hjeltman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joar Albohm having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Sundström made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ransäter RK's goal looked a bit too open when David Sundström came free, but Joar Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eskil Koch hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. If Lars Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lars Olofsson fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veinge BK's protests and gave Lars Olofsson a yellow card for diving instead. Lars Olofsson kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Joar Albohm was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but David Sundström showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 63 minute of play. Ernst Malmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yngve Stenström having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ransäter RK's zone, Ola Hjeltman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joar Albohm came out of the goal and Ola Hjeltman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ransäter RK's John Skark got a free kick in the 74th minute. Ola Hjeltman struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Joar Albohm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veinge BK. Joar Albohm was a little too slow when David Sundström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-3. After 85 played minutes Ransäter RK got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Hermansson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernst Malmgren in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yngve Stenström saved Veinge BK from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Ransäter RK's zone, Ola Hjeltman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joar Albohm came out of the goal and Ola Hjeltman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alex Söderquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Veinge BK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
