Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edvin Benet kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Galactico's Lars Vik got a free kick in the 6th minute. Jens-Ola Fransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Michael Västerstrand made a huge save. Martin Nilssons short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Michael Västerstrand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jens-Ola Fransson might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michael Västerstrand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jens-Ola Fransson ran back to his position shaking his head. Sven-Erik Bäckström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Elg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galactico's Viktor Elg got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Sollerön's goalkeeper Sven-Erik Bäckström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Edvin Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Erik Bäckström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Nilsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Michael Västerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sollerön's Jens-Ola Fransson got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Galactico's goalkeeper Michael Västerstrand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Nilsson. In the 42nd minute Jens-Ola Fransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Västerstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvin Benet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Erik Bäckström having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Ola Fransson made a kick off. In the 55th match minute, Galactico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Vik to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the game, Sollerön's Jens-Ola Fransson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michael Västerstrand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Jens-Ola Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ola Fransson in the 68th minute of play forced Galactico's goalkeeper Michael Västerstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ola Fransson struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Michael Västerstrand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sollerön. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sollerön! After 75 minutes Sollerön's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lars Vik who took care of the corner kick. Robert Abrahamsson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 85 minutes, Esbjörn Blomkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sollerön and the Galactico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th match minute, Sollerön was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esbjörn Blomkvist to maneuver through the defense. If Viktor Elg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sollerön's Sven-Erik Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvin Benet in the 93rd minute of play. Galactico were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Sollerön's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lars Vik took the corner. Michael Västerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Nilsson in the 99th minute of the match. The Galactico players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
