The audience was convinced that Simon Blomqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christer Wennerqvist was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. If Nicklas Sundén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Backe BK's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Fanström came free, but Edgar Vollander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Blomqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils-Åke Nordin hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Samuel Fanström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Edgar Vollander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Skellefteå FF's goal looked a bit too open when Nicklas Sundén came free, but Christer Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Backe BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Fanström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Simon Blomqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Christer Wennerqvist made a huge save. Christer Wennerqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicklas Sundén went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Backe BK's Simon Blomqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute Nicklas Sundén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Wennerqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 played minutes Skellefteå FF got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Arne Jakobsson. When Nicklas Sundén came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Backe BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicklas Sundén couldn't finish the play. Christer Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicklas Sundén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Skellefteå FF's Christer Wennerqvist got control of the ball when Simon Blomqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Skellefteå FF could leave the field as winners, despite Backe BK having more of the ball for most of the match.
