Spectators: 7323 (Terracing: 5494, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nicklas Sundén took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jens-Åke Säf might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Vollander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jens-Åke Säf ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Backe BK's Nils-Åke Nordin got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 16 played minutes Rikard Hernström shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Backe BK's Edgar Vollander to catch but Rikard Hernström was lucky. It became 0-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Hubert Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicklas Sundén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Vollander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Åke Säf in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Backe BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gottfrid Njurenius to maneuver through the defense. Otto Widberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Vollander having to interfere. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Backe BK's goalkeeper Edgar Vollander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Claes Persson charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claes Persson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vetlanda's Hubert Johnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicklas Sundén in the 44th minute of play. When Jens-Åke Säf came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Vetlanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Åke Säf couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Jens-Åke Säf made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Backe BK's goalkeeper Edgar Vollander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Otto Widberg. After 54 played minutes Backe BK got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Åke Nordin. Otto Widberg had several of the Backe BK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Edgar Vollander as he didn't even see the shot coming. Vetlanda's Hubert Johnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicklas Sundén in the 60th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Backe BK's goalkeeper Edgar Vollander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Otto Widberg. With an all-out effort, Vetlanda's Edgar Vollander threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jens-Åke Säf, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Edgar Vollander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Åke Säf, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Vetlanda's Otto Widberg got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 minutes, Otto Widberg made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Backe BK's Edgar Vollander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
