An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Pilblad in the 5th minute of play forced Idre FF's goalkeeper Rasmus Offendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of IFK Uppsala booed when Idre FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kasper Brandin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Emil Gunnarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Glanseliuss short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Rasmus Offendahl to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 22 minutes into the match, Idre FF's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Pilblad came free, but Rasmus Offendahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, IFK Uppsala's Kevin Pilblad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Stig-Ove Alegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Svensson having to interfere. In the 30th minute Kevin Pilblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Offendahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Adrian Glanselius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rasmus Offendahl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Idre FF's Rasmus Offendahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Pilblad in the 39th minute of play. Rasmus Offendahl was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kevin Pilblad showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 44 minute of play. A collision led to IFK Uppsala getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Torsten Walmarsson hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Robin Blomquist was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Stig-Ove Alegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kasper Brandin charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kasper Brandin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Idre FF got a freekick which was hit by Kasper Brandin. When IFK Uppsala's Adrian Glanselius in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Idre FF's goalie prevented a goal. If Adrian Glanselius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikael Svensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Ove Alegren in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The IFK Uppsala fans cheered their team off the field, for while Idre FF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
