Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesper Nordin to make the kick off. Walter Glanselius's late challenge caught a Rydebäck's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Rydebäck's zone, Algot Skålberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kevin Almkvist came out of the goal and Algot Skålberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rydebäck's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Reine Carlsson scored to the left of an out of position Kevin Almkvist, making the score, 0-2. If Gösta Esbjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Algot Skålberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kevin Almkvist having to make a save. Algot Skålberg had several of the Rydebäck's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 76 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Kevin Almkvist as he didn't even see the shot coming. Reine Carlsson struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Kevin Almkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wolffpack. Algot Skålberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Kevin Almkvist made a huge save.
