Algot Skålberg took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrik Ståhlman. Patrik Ståhlman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Reine Carlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Patrik Ståhlman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Broman kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Wolffpack were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reine Carlsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner led Wolffpack's Östen Alrot to fire away a dangerous shot which Patrik Ståhlman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Furuskogens Atletiska's Arne Rudkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olle Hellqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 87th minute, Sten Telin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olle Hellqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 95th minute Reine Carlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Ståhlman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
