Leonardo Danielsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Hedlund in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Tom Sikström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Svenljunga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Havstenssund IF the free kick. Tom Sikström hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Jan-Ove Joensson, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Svenljunga getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Tom Sikström hit a great ball. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Svenljunga's goalkeeper Leonardo Danielsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tom Sikström hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Svenljunga's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Hedlund came free, but Leonardo Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inge Hedman kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Leonardo Hammarbäck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Danielsson was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 31st minute, Leonardo Hammarbäck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Havstenssund IF's Algot Stenman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Nordkvist in the 33rd minute of play. Simon Hedlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Danielsson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Svenljunga's Arman Hydén got a free kick in the 36th minute. The Havstenssund IF fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Havstenssund IF's Simon Hedlund looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Folke Wenerdahl hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Simon Hedlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonardo Danielsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Svenljunga's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Hammarbäck came free, but Leonardo Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Hammarbäck struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Leonardo Danielsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Havstenssund IF.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Hedlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leonardo Hammarbäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Leonardo Danielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Svenljunga's zone, Simon Hedlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Danielsson came out of the goal and Simon Hedlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Svenljunga's Leonardo Danielsson got control of the ball when Leonardo Hammarbäck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonardo Hammarbäck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonardo Danielsson having to make a save. A collision led to Svenljunga getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Torsten Nordkvist hit a great ball. Algot Stenman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Nordkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Havstenssund IF's goal looked a bit too open when Dick Säf came free, but Algot Stenman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Inge Hedman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Ove Joensson, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Simon Hedlund put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Leonardo Danielsson. Leonardo Danielsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Hedlund in the 82nd minute of play. Leonardo Hammarbäck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Leonardo Danielsson made a huge save. In the 88th minute, one of Svenljunga:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Svenljunga. In the 97th match minute, Svenljunga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inge Hedman to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Danielsson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 98th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jan-Ove Joensson. The Svenljunga fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Havstenssund IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
