Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ronny Blomqvist kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Ronny Blomqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal Football Club's zone, Ronny Blomqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Norberg came out of the goal and Ronny Blomqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute Ernst Frykberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jörn Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Jonasson in the 12th minute of the match. Roger Kruuse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Jörn Berg made a huge save. In the 17th match minute, Tottenham Hotspurs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Beneth to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st match minute, Arsenal Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Axel Åkesson to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Tottenham Hotspurs's Torsten Dalman in action when he in the 23rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Karl Fransson hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ronny Blomqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Norberg having to make a save. In the 34th minute, Ronny Blomqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 38 played minutes Arsenal Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Stabbe. 45 minutes into the match, Tottenham Hotspurs's goalkeeper Jörn Berg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Kruuse. If Ronny Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kevin Jonasson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Tottenham Hotspurs's zone, Kevin Jonasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jörn Berg came out of the goal and Kevin Jonasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tottenham Hotspurs's Jörn Berg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Jonasson in the 55th minute of play. Kevin Jonasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jörn Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute of the match Karl-Michael Borre sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jörn Berg skillfully saved the ball. Jörn Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Arsenal Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Beckeman came free, but Gabriel Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roger Kruuse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jörn Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tottenham Hotspurs's goalkeeper Jörn Berg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernst Frykberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Norberg having to make a save. If Ernst Frykberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes Tottenham Hotspurs got a freekick which was hit by Per-Arne Tunander. In the 93rd minute Roger Kruuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörn Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
