Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jim Danielsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Robert Godholm was a little too slow when Olle Grelsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 8th minute, Dennis Sundberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilbert Göransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Danielsson in the 12th minute of play. Emil Soned sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 23 minutes into the match, Olle Grelsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robert Godholm, 2-0. Robert Godholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olle Grelsson in the 30th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Olle Grelsson took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Robert Godholm to make any attempt to save it. Emil Soned received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Godholm came out and tried to block the shot, but Emil Soned slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emil Soned stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Olle Grelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, Olle Grelsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Godholm was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After 66 played minutes Ambjörnarp got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Sundberg. The corner led Åstorp's Alfred Olofsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Robert Godholm despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Robert Godholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olle Grelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilbert Pihlwall during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute, Gilbert Pihlwall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Emil Soned came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Åstorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Soned couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ambjörnarp getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Vidar Allbom hit a great ball. Brian Sundin struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Robert Godholm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åstorp. Vidar Allbom hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Olle Grelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
