Martin Lundin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tobias Mårtensson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. If Tobias Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Mårtensson in the 21st minute of play forced Kinnarp BF's goalkeeper Martin Lundin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25thth minute of the game Tobias Mårtensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kinnarp BF's Martin Lundin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tobias Mårtensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Lundin having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Hjalmar Bodin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kinnarp BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hjalmar Bodin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yngve Bryngelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Hjalmar Bodin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kinnarp BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Hjalmar Bodin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Göran Lang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hjalmar Bodin was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Kinnarp BF booed when Lammhult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrik Biörkquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Yngve Bryngelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Mårtensson in the 59th minute of play forced Kinnarp BF's goalkeeper Martin Lundin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Lundin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Mårtensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 74th minute Yngve Bryngelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ture Bäcklin got free with Göran Lang in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hjalmar Bodin charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hjalmar Bodin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kinnarp BF getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Hjalmar Bodin hit a great ball. If Hjalmar Bodin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
