After some careless play in the Jackes Yrnallar FF defense, Georg Kinnman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torbjörn Wallander. The Jackes Yrnallar FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torbjörn Wallander should have stopped the shot. Folke Persson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Georg Kinnman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torbjörn Wallander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Andersson in the 16th minute of the match. Kent Andersson might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torbjörn Wallander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kent Andersson ran back to his position shaking his head. After 26 minutes, Åke Persson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jackes Yrnallar FF and the Åsedas Återkomst players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jackes Yrnallar FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Åsedas Återkomst a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Anthon Larsfält, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Jackes Yrnallar FF's Torbjörn Wallander. 0-2. In the 31st minute of the match Alexander Delin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Torbjörn Wallander showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Patric Lööf's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kjell-Arne Stenquist firmly grabbed it by the left post. After the first half Åsedas Återkomst were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernt Söderberg to make the kick off. The supporters of Jackes Yrnallar FF booed when Åsedas Återkomst was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Gabrielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patric Lööf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Kjell-Arne Stenquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Jarl Gabrielsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernt Söderberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Åsedas Återkomst was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Gabrielsson to maneuver through the defense. Patric Lööf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjell-Arne Stenquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Gustav Back sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patric Lööf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell-Arne Stenquist having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Patric Lööf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell-Arne Stenquist. Åsedas Återkomst's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patric Lööf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 87th minute, Patric Lööf made a precise shot to the right of Kjell-Arne Stenquist. Åsedas Återkomst's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
