When Tystberga IF's Andreas Gustafsson in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Stig-Arne Törnqvist's late challenge caught a Tystberga IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stig-Arne Törnqvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Stig-Arne Törnqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Autofolia FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Stig-Arne Törnqvist hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Autofolia FC's Rutger Göransson got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Andreas Gustafsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sture Kvarnström was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After having played for 38 minutes, Leif Burman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Autofolia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leif Burman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harry Fastesson might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erling Sjöberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harry Fastesson ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

52 minutes into the match, Autofolia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Ekenberg came free, but Sture Kvarnström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harry Fastesson might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erling Sjöberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harry Fastesson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th match minute, Autofolia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Lindholm to maneuver through the defense. If Martin Ekenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Harry Fastesson managed to get in a good position for a shot. The supporters of Autofolia FC booed when Tystberga IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olov Mårtensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dan Brandin kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Autofolia FC's Sture Kvarnström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Gustafsson in the 75th minute of play. Martin Ekenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Sture Kvarnström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erling Sjöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Kilberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Martin Ekenberg took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sture Kvarnström. Sture Kvarnström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 91 played minutes, Autofolia FC's Ingvar Lindholm shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erling Sjöberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Autofolia FC reached it. Olov Mårtensson kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Tystberga IF booed when Autofolia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Östensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sture Kvarnström made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Håkan Engström sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tystberga IF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
