Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Frösön's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Hurtig came free, but Kurt Classon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvar Holmberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Stig Bodin fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frösön's protests and gave Stig Bodin a yellow card for diving instead. Kurt Classon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Erik Fredriksson in the 16th minute of the match. Stig Bodin hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Nils-Erik Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan Hurtig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kurt Classon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Jan Hurtig made a precise shot to the right of Kurt Classon. Frösön's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Helge Hammarberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Karl Kjellkvist. A collision led to Blue Saints getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Kennet Valström hit a great ball. Edward Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th match minute, Blue Saints was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Alebeck to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Edward Fredriksson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Helge Hammarberg, 1-1. Kurt Classon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Erik Fredriksson in the 46th minute of the match. If Alvar Holmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The wind increased when Jan Hurtig made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Gunnar Alebeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Frösön's zone, Jan Hurtig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kurt Classon came out of the goal and Jan Hurtig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Hurtig was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Blue Saints's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Hurtig in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Classon saved Frösön from getting behind. Helge Hammarberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvar Holmberg in the 60th minute of play. When Kennet Valström fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blue Saints's protests and gave Kennet Valström a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Frösön booed when Blue Saints was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kennet Valström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute of the match Robert Odin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Helge Hammarberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 73rd play minute Nils-Erik Fredriksson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kurt Classon. 1-2. A hard shot by Knut Wiklund from long distance, 76 minutes into the match, got Kurt Classon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 85 minutes into the match, Blue Saints's goal looked a bit too open when Alvar Holmberg came free, but Helge Hammarberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kurt Classon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Hurtig in the 94th minute of play. The Frösön supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Blue Saints's performance. The match ended with a win for Blue Saints.
