The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Albert Billström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bertil Hermansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Billström in the 8th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes Barbra Streisand Club got a freekick which was hit by Arne Springfält. Isak Gunnarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertil Hermansson having to interfere. Bertil Hermansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Billström in the 17th minute of play. Aron Wickander hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When Albert Grönberg came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Stora Vika fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Grönberg couldn't finish the play. If Albert Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arne Springfält hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Stora Vika's Albert Billström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bertil Hermansson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isak Gunnarsson in the 46th minute of play forced Barbra Streisand Club's goalkeeper Bertil Hermansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stora Vika's Alexander Olofsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Stora Vika from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albert Billström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Douglas Stenquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Stenquist in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute Douglas Stenquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Barbra Streisand Club's zone, Isak Gunnarsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertil Hermansson came out of the goal and Isak Gunnarsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, Isak Gunnarsson made a precise shot to the right of Bertil Hermansson. Barbra Streisand Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Isak Gunnarsson struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Bertil Hermansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stora Vika. Albert Grönberg charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albert Grönberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Barbra Streisand Club booed when Stora Vika was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Grönberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albert Billström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Stora Vika's Isak Gunnarsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bertil Hermansson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stora Vika's Albert Billström got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Billy Stor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Barbra Streisand Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Stora Vika's performance. The match ended with a win for Stora Vika.
