Per Biörk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Linus Bergqvist in the 6th minute of play. Rydsgård IK's Dan Ekegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Ståhlberg in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Linus Bergqvist in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per Biörk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 21 minutes, Melker Magnusson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rydsgård IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Magnusson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Linus Bergqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Biörk having to interfere. Jimmy Wik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per Biörk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Granström in the 32nd minute of play. Per Biörk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmy Wik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes, Jimmy Wik made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Umeå's Per Biörk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Strand in the 42nd minute of play forced Umeå's goalkeeper Per Biörk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Umeå's Per Biörk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Strand in the 46th minute of play.

After taking down the ball on Rydsgård IK's corner Linus Bergqvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Per Biörk quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the Umeå defense, Jimmy Wik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per Biörk. The Umeå fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per Biörk should have stopped the shot. William Hydén hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Christian Granström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Per Biörk. Umeå's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian Granström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Klas Jönsson charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Rydsgård IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Christian Granström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Per Biörk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Rydsgård IK's Jimmy Wik dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. Linus Bergqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Per Biörk made a huge save. 90 minutes into the match, Umeå's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Strand came free, but Per Biörk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Umeå's goalkeeper Per Biörk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 92 minutes, Melker Magnusson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rydsgård IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Magnusson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Umeå's Per Biörk got control of the ball when Jimmy Wik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rydsgård IK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
