An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthon Lundberg in the 17th minute of play forced Umeå's goalkeeper Per Biörk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Biörk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthon Lundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per Biörk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Helander in the 23rd minute of the match. Thomas Björnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Boris Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anthon Lundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Biörk having to interfere. Tommy Tidén hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Thomas Björnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Boris Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Umeå's goal looked a bit too open when Jens Helander came free, but Per Biörk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Umeå players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bröder FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Björnberg to make the kick off. If Anders Ståhlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Thomas Björnberg came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Umeå fans jumped to their feet. Vilhelm Helström charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vilhelm Helström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, Bröder FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilhelm Helström to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Bröder FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Birger Eliasson hit a great ball. In the 59th minute of the match Agne Ek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boris Holm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anthon Lundberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Umeå's goalkeeper Per Biörk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anthon Lundberg. Per Biörk stood somewhat misplaced when Anthon Lundberg came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 69 minute. Umeå's Per Biörk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Umeå from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Per Biörk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Anthon Lundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Thomas Björnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Umeå's Per Biörk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Umeå from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anthon Lundberg got free with Per Biörk in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
