The tension between the Slagnäs and the Rönnäng FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Valdemar Ekman kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Slagnäs's Marcus Sigman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Slagnäs from getting a goal against them. Daniel Johansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Rosendal having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Daniel Johansson made a precise shot to the right of Malte Rosendal. Rönnäng FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Karl-Magnus Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Adelsköld in the 27th minute of play forced Rönnäng FF's goalkeeper Malte Rosendal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolf Stigsson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcus Sigman firmly grabbed it by the left post. Malte Rosendal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Johansson in the 31st minute of play. Rolf Stigsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Slagnäs's goalkeeper Marcus Sigman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolf Stigsson. Slagnäs's Marcus Sigman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Magnus Sundberg in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Slagnäs were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Johansson was the one to do the kick off. Karl-Magnus Sundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcus Sigman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Stigsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Slagnäs's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Stigsson came free, but Marcus Sigman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Ove Jönsätt got free with Malte Rosendal in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvin Pilgren in the 96th minute of play forced Slagnäs's goalkeeper Marcus Sigman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
