When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Elof Ingemarsson took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Uno Rosin to make any attempt to save it. Uno Rosin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elof Ingemarsson in the 41st minute. 48 minutes into the match, FC Stretch's goalkeeper Uno Rosin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elof Ingemarsson.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viktor Enegren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Mikael Lång managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falkenberg IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikael Lång was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uno Rosin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikael Lång in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uno Rosin saved FC Stretch from getting behind. If Elof Ingemarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Torsten Gråberg hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Mikael Lång scored 4-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uno Rosin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Uno Rosin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elof Ingemarsson in the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Sverker Nilsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Stretch's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Falkenberg IK the free kick. A collision led to FC Stretch getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Andréas Törnkvist hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Jonny Hermansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Stretch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonny Hermansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Kåre Brun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uno Rosin was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Sverker Nilsson hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Elof Ingemarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Rosin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torsten Gråberg kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. There was no doubt that Falkenberg IK were the better team. Falkenberg IK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
