The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimmie Lindqvist got free with Christian Tolsson in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sven-Ove Wikander's late challenge caught a FC DISCO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Ove Wikander helped the player get up and apologised. Sven-Ove Wikander hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Jens Wästerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Alexander Qvarnström was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Henry Sundling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Staffan Håning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Staffan Håning showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Sundling in the 23rd minute of the match. Jimmie Lindqvist came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Christian Tolsson could save by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uno Fredriksson during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Agne Ödman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Håning having to interfere. Christian Tolsson made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Jimmie Lindqvist sent off a good shot on target. Staffan Håning showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agne Ödman in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Agne Ödman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC DISCO's Staffan Håning was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agne Ödman in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Staffan Håning saved FC DISCO from getting behind. Agne Ödman might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Staffan Håning. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agne Ödman ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agne Ödman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Christian Tolsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Erik Söderberg in the 52nd minute of play. Staffan Håning showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agne Ödman, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Agne Ödman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Staffan Håning was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Staffan Håning didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henry Sundling went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. FC DISCO's Staffan Håning proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save FC DISCO from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Sundling in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Staffan Håning prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henry Sundling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Håning having to interfere. Agne Ödman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Håning having to interfere. Jimmie Lindqvist struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Christian Tolsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC DISCO. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Agne Ödman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henry Sundling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Håning having to interfere.
