Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stig Östlund took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jonas Bolander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Birger Jernberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Gullspång's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Olof Bäcklin came free, but Rickard Strömberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Bolander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Birger Jernberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Sven-Olof Bäcklin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Rickard Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Broberg in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Gullspång was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Karlsson to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustav Broberg during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fårbo's Gustav Broberg got a free kick in the 32nd minute. With his leg Birger Jernberg managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Gullspång's Jonas Bolander fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stig Östlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Gustav Broberg made a precise shot to the right of Rickard Strömberg. Gullspång's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. The Fårbo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fårbo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
