Spectators: 7114 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 10) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sören Johansson kicked off to start the match. Falkens FF's Kaj Wik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Arne Melberg in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th match minute, Falkens FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörgen Walmarsson to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Fc Limhamn's goalkeeper Andréas Falk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilhelm Törnkvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Arne Melberg in the 17th minute of play forced Falkens FF's goalkeeper Kaj Wik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bo Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26thth minute of the game Bo Jansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Falkens FF's Kaj Wik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Georg Alströmmer's late challenge caught a Fc Limhamn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Georg Alströmmer helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Falkens FF got a freekick which was hit by Georg Alströmmer. After some careless play in the Falkens FF defense, Nils-Erik Rolandsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaj Wik. The Falkens FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaj Wik should have stopped the shot. Kaj Wik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Erik Rolandsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. A hard shot 42 in the game by Wilhelm Törnkvist from a close distance when the talented Andréas Falk managed to make a qualified save. Fc Limhamn's players were relieved. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bo Jansson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kaj Wik was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nils-Erik Rolandsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 52 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Erik Rolandsson in the 61st minute of play forced Falkens FF's goalkeeper Kaj Wik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Berglund lost his temper 61 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Rasmus Pihlberg walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 64th minute, Wilhelm Törnkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bo Jansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaj Wik having to make a save. When Olle Olofsson fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falkens FF's protests and gave Olle Olofsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Falkens FF getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Olle Olofsson hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Wilhelm Törnkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falkens FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 84th minute Nils-Erik Rolandsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaj Wik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bo Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Falkens FF's zone, Rasmus Pihlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaj Wik came out of the goal and Rasmus Pihlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd match minute, Falkens FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olle Olofsson to maneuver through the defense. Bo Jansson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Kaj Wik when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
