If Anders Malmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Classon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esbjörn Rydberg in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Olsson in the 9th minute of play forced Kalix's goalkeeper Michael Classon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Jakob Olsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Svartå's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakob Olsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hampus Rudkvist came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Michael Classon could save by the left post. Kalix's Michael Classon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Kalix from getting a goal against them. Jakob Olsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Classon having to interfere. Michael Classon made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Esbjörn Rydberg sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ove Kellman during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Svartå getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ove Kellman hit a great ball. Kalix's Michael Classon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Olsson in the 39th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

56 minutes into the game, Jakob Olsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Michael Classon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 60th minute Esbjörn Rydberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Classon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes Svartå got a freekick which was hit by Hampus Rudkvist. 85 minutes into the game, Svartå's Jakob Olsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michael Classon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Jakob Olsson sped through Kalix's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michael Classon. Michael Classon came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Svartå's Jakob Olsson. But to his dismay, Jakob Olsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Kalix's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
