Stellan Valler was a little too slow when Albert Nord got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Leksand RK's Erik Josefsson got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Linus Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Josefsson struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Sören Wallin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leksand RK. Sören Wallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Linus Engström in the 21st minute of play. Sören Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 24 played minutes SkFc got a freekick which was hit by Börje Åhlberg. Sören Wallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Linus Engström in the 26th minute of play. After some careless play in the SkFc defense, Erik Josefsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sören Wallin. The SkFc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sören Wallin should have stopped the shot. Stellan Valler made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Olsmann in the 36th minute. Sören Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Stellan Valler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Nord in the 41st minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when SkFc's Albert Nord in the 47th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Stellan Valler was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Leksand RK through an amazing save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albert Nord to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes SkFc got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Olenberg. In the 59th minute, Ronny Kellberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 64 minutes, Erik Josefsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leksand RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Josefsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SkFc's Sören Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Engström in the 65th minute of play. Sören Wallin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Josefsson in the 68th minute. Stellan Valler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Nord in the 72nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Leksand RK's zone, David Olsmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stellan Valler came out of the goal and David Olsmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivar Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Stellan Valler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Olsmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to SkFc getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ivar Hammarberg hit a great ball. Thor Ambjörnsson, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Börje Åhlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. SkFc's supporters rose to their feet, but Börje Åhlberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stellan Valler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sören Wallin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Verner Käller in the 91st minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
