Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rudolf Håkansson kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Ahlin in the 3rd minute of play forced Club America's goalkeeper Mikael Alstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes in the game, Rudolf Håkansson dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Mikael Alstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudolf Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club America's Johannes Lindqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikael Alstedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rudolf Håkansson's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Eric Spets hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Rudolf Håkansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikael Alstedt made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Carl Mellbad sent off a good shot on target. Anton Ödmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Lindqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johannes Lindqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Ödmann having to interfere. The supporters of Club America booed when Nävlinge IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Alefors didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anton Ödmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Forsberg in the 37th minute of the match. Magnus Ahlin hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Nävlinge IF's Nils-Erik Alebeck got a free kick in the 45th minute. Johannes Lindqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 52nd match minute, Nävlinge IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Ahlin to maneuver through the defense. Johannes Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Club America booed when Nävlinge IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Ahlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nävlinge IF's Anton Ödmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Forsberg in the 58th minute of play. Alfons Giliusson kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Carl Mellbad made a precise shot to the right of Mikael Alstedt. Club America's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rudolf Håkansson in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mikael Alstedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rudolf Håkansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikael Alstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute, Gustaf Månsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rudolf Håkansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Carl Mellbad came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Nävlinge IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carl Mellbad couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nävlinge IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club America had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
