Spectators: 7312 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) Jon Göransson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Jon Göransson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Sven-Oskar Hansson kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After 13 minutes, Kristian Söderman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mellanström and the Nordmarkshyttan players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mellanström's Kristian Söderman got a free kick in the 13th minute. Olle Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olle Fors having to interfere. Nordmarkshyttan's Jon Göransson got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Mellanström defense, Lukas Blomberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torsten Sjöberg. The Mellanström fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torsten Sjöberg should have stopped the shot. In the 48th minute Ludvig Sigman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Fors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olle Eriksson to make the kick off. Olle Eriksson struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Olle Fors didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mellanström. Olle Fors made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ludvig Sigman in the 54th minute. Olle Fors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olle Eriksson in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Ludvig Sigman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Mellanström's Olle Eriksson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Olle Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Nordmarkshyttan's zone, Ludvig Sigman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olle Fors came out of the goal and Ludvig Sigman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Ludvig Sigman put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Olle Fors. 98 minutes into the match, Mellanström's Ludvig Sigman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olle Fors narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Mellanström left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nordmarkshyttan.
