Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gunnarsbyn's Henrik Sjöberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gabriel Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Lidman having to interfere. In the 6th match minute, Gunnarsbyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reine Widberg to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Gunnarsbyn's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Strömbom came free, but Joachim Lidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 minutes, Gabriel Gråberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gunnarsbyn and the Furia Arona players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Gabriel Gråberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Lars Sandström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Lars Sandström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gunnar Hydén. Furia Arona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Sandström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Gabriel Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gunnar Hydén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Sandström in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Lars Sandström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Gunnar Hydén made a huge save. Joachim Lidman came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Furia Arona's Isaac Strömbom. But to his dismay, Isaac Strömbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Gunnarsbyn's Joachim Lidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Sjöberg in the 62nd minute of play. Gabriel Sjöberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joachim Lidman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Isaac Strömbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Joachim Lidman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 84 minutes, Lars Sandström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gunnarsbyn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Sandström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lars Sandström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Gunnar Hydén made a huge save. Isaac Strömbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Joachim Lidman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jan-Ove Stenberg fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Furia Arona's protests and gave Jan-Ove Stenberg a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Furia Arona getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Jan-Ove Stenberg hit a great ball. Henrik Sjöberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gunnar Hydén. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henrik Sjöberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Lars Sandström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Furia Arona had won after a very even match.
