In the 14thth minute of the game Hannes Vallgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Angered's Andy Kristiansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bengt-Rune Delin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elliot Eckegren having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Lindblom in the 18th minute of play forced Styckåsen FK's goalkeeper Elliot Eckegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rune Berg's late challenge caught a Styckåsen FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
