With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Ödmann in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andy Kristiansson saved Angered from getting behind. In the 12th minute Valentin Ödmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Kristiansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angered's Andy Kristiansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Ödmann in the 17th minute of play. Niklas Walroth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Lindblom in the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Angered's Andy Kristiansson got control of the ball when Jan-Åke Mikaelsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Bengt-Rune Delin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Niklas Walroth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andy Kristiansson was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Valentin Ödmann capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentin Ödmann really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 33rd minute, Valentin Ödmann fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Jan-Åke Mikaelsson came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Vansbro IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Åke Mikaelsson couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the match, Vansbro IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Lindblom came free, but Niklas Walroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Ralf Lindblom cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Niklas Walroth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andy Kristiansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Ödmann in the 49th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Ödmann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valentin Ödmann scored 2-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andy Kristiansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Valentin Ödmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andy Kristiansson. Angered's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Ödmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. A collision led to Angered getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Sven-Oskar Sundling hit a great ball. In the 87th minute Valentin Ödmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Kristiansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Jan-Åke Mikaelsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vansbro IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. If Jan-Åke Mikaelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the game, Calle Molander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Angered's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vansbro IF the free kick. Calle Molander kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
