Spectators: 7284 (Terracing: 5465, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Forsell kicked off to start the match. In the 9th match minute, Turtles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Kruuse to maneuver through the defense. Axel Forsell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Egon Hök tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Rothoffs FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Gösta Vallin hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Sandström got free with Daniel Sefastsson in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Rothoffs FC's zone, Mikael Sandström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Sefastsson came out of the goal and Mikael Sandström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mikael Sandström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Rothoffs FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Kent Aronsson hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Turtles FC's Per Hägglund broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Turtles FC's Mikael Sandström got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Turtles FC's Eskil Lindkvist got a free kick in the 47th minute. Fred Ström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Egon Hök. Turtles FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvald Ahlroht was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Sefastsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvald Ahlroht, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Karl-Axel Ahlbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rothoffs FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Axel Ahlbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egon Hök breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Axel Forsell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Egon Hök tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Wictor Wennerquist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Sefastsson. Rothoffs FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wictor Wennerquist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Osvald Ahlroht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Turtles FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Victor Lange hit a great ball. Axel Forsell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Hök having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Axel Ahlbom got free with Egon Hök in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 96 minutes, Karl-Axel Ahlbom made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Turtles FC's Egon Hök tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Turtles FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rothoffs FC for a fine match.
