Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lennart Kråk kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Roland Ros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sundborn's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Ros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus Hedvall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcus Hedvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Ros, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Ros in the 7th minute of play forced Vaggeryd's goalkeeper Marcus Hedvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Roland Ros came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Sundborn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roland Ros couldn't finish the play. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vaggeryd's goalkeeper Marcus Hedvall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcus Hedvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Broman in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Tomas Broman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus Hedvall. Vaggeryd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Broman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roland Ros in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Hedvall saved Vaggeryd from getting behind. Roland Ros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Hedvall having to interfere. Ove Aspengren was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Lennart Kråk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lennart Kråk really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Lennart Kråk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Aspengren having to interfere. Tomas Broman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Marcus Hedvall when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 60 minutes into the match, Vaggeryd's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Ros came free, but Marcus Hedvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Broman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Hedvall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Lennart Kråk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes, Åke Walroth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sundborn and the Vaggeryd players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 minutes, Ernst Malmberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vaggeryd and the Sundborn players grew even worse after the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Sundborn's Bertil Lundström tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ove Aspengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Kråk in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Lennart Kråk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Lennart Kråk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sundborn's Nicklas Björck got a free kick in the 88th minute. Lennart Kråk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ove Aspengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
