Spectators: 7021 (Terracing: 5511, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stig-Arne Strand started the match with the kick off. Marcus Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Arne Vesterberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Arne Vesterberg in the 9th minute of play forced Malinatorz's goalkeeper Marcus Brandin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Stig-Arne Strand cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marcus Brandin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 14th minute Stig-Arne Strand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Brandin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, one of Big Tigers FF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Big Tigers FF. In the 20th match minute, Big Tigers FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andréas Uggla to maneuver through the defense. Jörn Westerstrand came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Måns Torsberg could save by the left post. Sven-Erik Harman kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When Eric Björk fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malinatorz's protests and gave Eric Björk a yellow card for diving instead. Eric Björk hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 37 played minutes Big Tigers FF got a freekick which was hit by Andréas Uggla. In the 40th minute, Lars Olsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Big Tigers FF defense, Jörn Westerstrand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Måns Torsberg. The Big Tigers FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Måns Torsberg should have stopped the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lars Olsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Arne Vesterberg got free with Marcus Brandin in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jörn Westerstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Malinatorz's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Arne Strand came free, but Marcus Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Big Tigers FF's Stig-Arne Strand sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Brandin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Staffan Nyman put in a rough tackle. 77 minutes into the match, Malinatorz's Jörn Westerstrand sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Måns Torsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Malinatorz's Marcus Brandin got control of the ball when Sven-Arne Vesterberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Malinatorz's Peder Sandberg got a free kick in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jörn Westerstrand in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Måns Torsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
