After 25 minutes of play, X Team 2.0's Arvid Bogren made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mats Kvarnström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Robert Olsman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karl-Erik Vestlund. X Team 2.0's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Karl-Erik Vestlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Fristedt in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Joensson in the 42nd minute of play forced X Team 2.0's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Vestlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Tierp's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Näfver was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. X Team 2.0 had played much better football throughout.
