In the 25th minute, Oskar Morat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eric Arenstedt in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kåre Trillkott saved Sköldinge IK from getting behind. 30 minutes into the game, Eric Arenstedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kåre Trillkott was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonny Billock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Eric Arenstedt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kåre Trillkott was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Andreas Back made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joachim Bergvall in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joachim Bergvall stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eric Arenstedt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Kåre Trillkott when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Charles Strömbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Kåre Trillkott managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Talangakademin's Eric Arenstedt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joachim Bergvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Back having to interfere. Eric Arenstedt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Kåre Trillkott skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Elliot Hökqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kåre Trillkott having to interfere. Talangakademin's Eric Arenstedt got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eric Arenstedt got free with Kåre Trillkott in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andreas Back took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Rosendal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andreas Back showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddie Söderberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Ludvig Svanberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eric Arenstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kåre Trillkott having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Erik Jespersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talangakademin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sköldinge IK the free kick. The supporters of Sköldinge IK booed when Talangakademin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Jespersson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
