Ernst Hybbert struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Gilbert Alefors didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Munsö. Ernst Hybbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Alefors having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, BK Tallrots Rör's goalkeeper Gilbert Alefors had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Rudkvist. 12 minutes into the match, Helge Lindholm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hans Blixt. Munsö's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Helge Lindholm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Nordström in the 15th minute of play forced Munsö's goalkeeper Hans Blixt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hans Blixt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Björnberg in the 18th minute of play. If Ernst Hybbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ulf Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edward Rudkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Alefors having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Björnberg was the one to do the kick off. Hugo Alstedt charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Alstedt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes BK Tallrots Rör got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Alstedt. Gilbert Alefors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Hybbert in the 57th minute of the match. Ernst Hybbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Alefors having to interfere. Edward Rudkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Edward Rudkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Ernst Hybbert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Edward Rudkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilbert Alefors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernst Hybbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 84 minutes, Edward Rudkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Munsö's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Rudkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ernst Hybbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Gilbert Alefors tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulf Mårtensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilbert Alefors. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulf Mårtensson ran back to his position shaking his head. Munsö's Ernst Hybbert got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ulf Mårtensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gilbert Alefors tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edward Rudkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Munsö were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
