Holger Levander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göran Aleberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Muskö's Holger Levander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Aleberg in the 20th minute of play. When Bengt-Åke Holmberg came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Muskö fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt-Åke Holmberg couldn't finish the play. After 23 minutes, Joakim Bergren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karesuando and the Muskö players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Karesuando's Joakim Bergren got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After 24 played minutes, Muskö's Ralf Sandell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Göran Jönsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Muskö reached it. In the 25th minute Göran Aleberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Levander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Magne Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Jonas Wallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Magne Sjöberg struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. After 67 minutes, Oliver Hult mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muskö and the Karesuando players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th match minute, Muskö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Hult to maneuver through the defense. If Oliver Hult had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göran Aleberg charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göran Aleberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Holger Levander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göran Aleberg in the 83rd minute of play. Holger Levander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Aleberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göran Jönsson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 95th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Muskö had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
