After a rather tough play, Sjöbo's Agne Erserman got a free kick in the 15th minute. Per Ståhlman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The attack was good, but when Mattias Broberg in the 21st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After having played for 27 minutes, Robert Ålberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sjöbo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Ålberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Algot Wennerqvist to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Robert Ålberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gottfrid Holmberg. Unbeaten 49's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Ålberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Ludwig Bjurström hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Henning Petersson struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Gottfrid Holmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sjöbo. The supporters of Sjöbo booed when Unbeaten 49 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenneth Söderlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Algot Wennerqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mattias Broberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Olof Åkesson having to make a save. Sven-Olof Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Käller in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game, Ludwig Bjurström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unbeaten 49's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sjöbo the free kick. Sjöbo's Henning Petersson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Unbeaten 49. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Algot Wennerqvist in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gottfrid Holmberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dan Ahlqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gottfrid Holmberg. Unbeaten 49's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Ålberg in the 82nd minute of play forced Unbeaten 49's goalkeeper Gottfrid Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Algot Wennerqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Käller in the 88th minute of play forced Sjöbo's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gottfrid Holmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Wennerqvist in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Wennerqvist in the 95th minute of play forced Unbeaten 49's goalkeeper Gottfrid Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Sjöbo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
