Spectators: 7227 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 60) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Harald Molander kicked off to start the match. Edmund Wenerdahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Black Sphinx XI's Claes Odin got a free kick in the 10th minute. Edmund Wenerdahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Petter Hedkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hovås IK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Dan Lind scored to the left of an out of position Konrad Kinell, making the score, 1-0. Petter Hedkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anders Viklund in the 20th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Hovås IK's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Lind came free, but Konrad Kinell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Hammarberg got free with Konrad Kinell in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dan Lind sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 30 minutes, Edmund Wenerdahl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hovås IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Wenerdahl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hovås IK's Anders Viklund got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petter Hedkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anders Viklund in the 35th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claes Odin got free with Konrad Kinell in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anders Viklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petter Hedkvist having to interfere. If Anders Viklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Black Sphinx XI's Petter Hedkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Molander in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dan Lind made a kick off. Konrad Kinell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greger Forssell in the 52nd minute of the match. Mikael Löv kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Black Sphinx XI getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Tobias Vik hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Black Sphinx XI's goalkeeper Petter Hedkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Bruse. Valdemar Koch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petter Hedkvist having to make a save. 84 minutes into the match, Hovås IK's Edmund Wenerdahl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petter Hedkvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hovås IK's Edmund Wenerdahl got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Hovås IK's Harald Molander in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Black Sphinx XI's goalie prevented a goal. After 95 played minutes Hovås IK got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Koch. Black Sphinx XI succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Hovås IK had controlled the match.
