Spectators: 7254 (Terracing: 5442, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dennis Lundhberg started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Arne Asserlindh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Ennegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Gråberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 13th minute of the match Patrik Hedman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Ennegren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Q Stars FC's Felix Ennegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo-Erik Palmquist in the 15th minute of play. When Arne Asserlindh fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falköping BF's protests and gave Arne Asserlindh a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Falköping BF getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Arne Asserlindh hit a great ball. Thomas Gråberg lost his temper 19 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Falköping BF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! Arne Asserlindh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Falköping BF's Pär Hökqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lukas Gustafsson hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Felix Ennegren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pär Hökqvist's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. If Pär Hökqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st play minute Bernt Bållström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Björn Billing. 2-0. Falköping BF's Björn Billing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Sefastsson in the 44th minute of play. Falköping BF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dennis Lundhberg 46 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pär Hökqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Björn Billing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Lundhberg in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Asserlindh in the 63rd minute of play forced Q Stars FC's goalkeeper Felix Ennegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Peter Nilsson notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Falköping BF's Björn Billing. Björn Billing was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felix Ennegren came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Falköping BF's Arne Asserlindh. But to his dismay, Arne Asserlindh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After 72 played minutes Q Stars FC got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Lundhberg. Q Stars FC's Felix Ennegren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Q Stars FC from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute, Arne Asserlindh left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falköping BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. The supporters of Falköping BF booed when Q Stars FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Bållström didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Hedman in the 85th minute of play forced Q Stars FC's goalkeeper Felix Ennegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Arne Asserlindh kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Felix Ennegren. That made the score 4-3 in the 86 minute of play. If Arne Asserlindh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Fredrik Lidman in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Falköping BF's Patrik Hedman. Falköping BF's Patrik Hedman got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Björn Billing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Sefastsson in the 96th minute of play. Many of Falköping BF's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Falköping BF may have spent more time on the ball, but Q Stars FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
