Axel Kinnman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Sandwall having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Erling Kiempe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, Österbymo's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Valler came free, but Edward Utter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Vilhelm Valler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Utter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Hästö BK got a freekick which was hit by Erling Kiempe. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Kinnman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erling Kiempe kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Hästö BK players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
