Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hugo Ekrot got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Skoghall Fk booed when Torpsbruk FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ture Ödman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torpsbruk FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Zebastian Vase scored to the left of an out of position Tor Björnberg, making the score, 1-0. Hugo Ekrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jörgen Alströmmer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Ulrik Emander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torpsbruk FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skoghall Fk the free kick. After a rather tough play, Torpsbruk FK's Ulrik Emander got a free kick in the 14th minute. Johnny Pedersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Tor Björnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Torpsbruk FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Erik Holmberg to maneuver through the defense. If Leonard Dalberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnny Pedersson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Tor Björnberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zebastian Vase struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Tor Björnberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skoghall Fk. Jörgen Alströmmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Dalberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 minutes of play, Torpsbruk FK's Leonard Dalberg made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jörgen Alströmmer was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Zebastian Vase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johnny Pedersson got free with Tor Björnberg in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zebastian Vase to make the kick off. Hugo Ekrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Alströmmer having to interfere. Johnny Pedersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tor Björnberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnny Pedersson's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Zebastian Vase blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tor Björnberg having to make a save. In the 68thth minute of the game Zebastian Vase who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torpsbruk FK's Tor Björnberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Torpsbruk FK's zone, Johnny Pedersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tor Björnberg came out of the goal and Johnny Pedersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 73 played minutes Torpsbruk FK got a freekick which was hit by Ture Ödman. In the 74th minute, Johnny Pedersson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skoghall Fk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Skoghall Fk's Zebastian Vase got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tor Björnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Pedersson in the 80th minute of play. Sven-Arne Wahlnäs kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The long shot by Nils-Erik Holmberg in the 88th minute really tested Jörgen Alströmmer's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 90 played minutes, Skoghall Fk's Walter Wennerström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tor Björnberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Skoghall Fk reached it. Gert Morat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Skoghall Fk's Jörgen Alströmmer got control of the ball when Leonard Dalberg tried to sneak it across the goal line.
