Spectators: 7256 (Terracing: 5443, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Hedlund got the match started through his kick off. Ulrik Lindkvist hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 4 minutes into the match, Uppdaterad FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Hedlund came free, but Kasper Wenerdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute of the match Johnny Vinström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edmund Strömberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Siöman in the 9th minute of play forced Uppdaterad FC's goalkeeper Kasper Wenerdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Arboga's Per-Erik Ugla seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Per-Erik Ugla the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Arboga protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Per-Erik Ugla had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Arboga:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Uppdaterad FC:s goal. Torbjörn Siöman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Kasper Wenerdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Alf Linqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Hedlund hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Staffan Ödman fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arboga's protests and gave Staffan Ödman a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes Arboga got a freekick which was hit by Staffan Ödman. Uppdaterad FC's Jörn Thidén couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arboga. If Torbjörn Siöman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Arboga's zone, Calle Haegg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmund Strömberg came out of the goal and Calle Haegg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marc Alebom was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Arboga's Edmund Strömberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Arboga from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After a rather tough play, Arboga's Staffan Ödman got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 63rd minute, Alf Linqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torbjörn Siöman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasper Wenerdahl having to interfere. Torbjörn Siöman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmund Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Alebom in the 70th minute of play. When Mathias Tingberg fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arboga's protests and gave Mathias Tingberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Mathias Tingberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Arboga booed when Uppdaterad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörn Thidén didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Arboga's Staffan Ödman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kasper Wenerdahl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edmund Strömberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marc Alebom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alf Linqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alf Linqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd match minute, Arboga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Linqvist to maneuver through the defense. Edmund Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calle Haegg in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Alebom in the 89th minute of play forced Arboga's goalkeeper Edmund Strömberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calle Haegg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Strömberg having to interfere. Kasper Wenerdahl made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Torbjörn Siöman sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Arboga getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Conny Springfält hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Uppdaterad FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Arboga had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
