Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Valentin Jansson took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Valentin Jansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sonics IF's Emil Ålberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Sonics IF's Emil Ålberg got control of the ball when Ivar Vall tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Sonics IF getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nicklas Blom hit a great ball. Onsala's Gustaf Hybbert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erling Molander in the 18th minute of play. Emil Ålberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Jansson in the 20th minute of the match. Nicklas Blom hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Emil Ålberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Onsala's Gustaf Hybbert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mårten Alebäck in the 27th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Lidström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sonics IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Onsala the free kick. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sonics IF! Mårten Alebäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaf Hybbert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erling Molander, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When Konrad Hellström came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Onsala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Konrad Hellström couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Emil Ålberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Vall in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Vall in the 62nd minute of play forced Sonics IF's goalkeeper Emil Ålberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Onsala's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Erling Molander scored to the left of an out of position Gustaf Hybbert, making the score, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Ivar Vall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Ålberg was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. If Valentin Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Erling Molander fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gustaf Hybbert, passed just outside the right post. Gustaf Hybbert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erling Molander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaf Hybbert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erling Molander, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 97th minute Valentin Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Ålberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sonics IF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
