Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Folke Torstensson took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Magnus Bergkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Ove Ahlroht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Ståhlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evert Strömberg charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evert Strömberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Evert Strömberg hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Folke Torstensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fjärdhundra's supporters rose to their feet, but Folke Torstensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Ove Ahlroht breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Simon Fristedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd match minute, Fjärdhundra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Fristedt to maneuver through the defense. Kåre Alrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Kvick having to interfere. Jonas Kvick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magnus Bergkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Bergkvist in the 44th minute of play forced Fjärdhundra's goalkeeper Jonas Kvick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magnus Bergkvist in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Kvick saved Fjärdhundra from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Kåre Alrot made the kick off in the second half. Tobo FF's Jan-Ove Ahlroht proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Tobo FF from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute Kåre Alrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Fjärdhundra defense, Kåre Alrot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonas Kvick. The Fjärdhundra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonas Kvick should have stopped the shot. After 79 played minutes Tobo FF got a freekick which was hit by Evert Strömberg. If Folke Torstensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otto Hjelm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute Kåre Alrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Ove Ahlroht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Folke Torstensson in the 89th minute of the match. Magnus Bergkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fjärdhundra eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
