Casper Rydberg hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Torup IK's zone, Vilhelm Strömbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Bengtsson came out of the goal and Vilhelm Strömbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Lillåns FK booed when Torup IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Bengtsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Strömbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Douglas Walmarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Agne Ödman charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agne Ödman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Torup IK's Agne Ödman got a free kick in the 56th minute. Torup IK's Eric Bengtsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Walmarsson in the 57th minute of play. Vilhelm Strömbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eric Bengtsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Walmarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agne Ödman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Bojan Hojan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Knut Lidman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 65 played minutes Lillåns FK got a freekick which was hit by Torgny Wallmark. After 71 minutes of play, Lillåns FK's Vilhelm Strömbom made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eric Bengtsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kent Nyqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Strömbom notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Torup IK's Eric Bengtsson. Eric Bengtsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 88 played minutes Lillåns FK got a freekick which was hit by Arne Lövkvist. 89 minutes into the match, Lillåns FK's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Lidman came free, but Bojan Hojan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Torup IK's Eric Bengtsson got control of the ball when Vilhelm Strömbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Torup IK's Eric Bengtsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Torup IK from getting a goal against them.
