An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Tomasson in the 9th minute of play forced Torslanda's goalkeeper Elliott Lönn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Torslanda getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Lars-Erik Olsson hit a great ball. Holger Odin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Abrahamsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roy Abrahamsson made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Roy Abrahamsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Holger Odin. Holger Odin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Svanström in the 75th minute of play. Benjamin Tomasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elliott Lönn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Andreas Sigman hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Holger Odin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Svanström in the 89th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Benestad FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Torslanda.
