Bergkvara's Lennart Engström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Bergkvara from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute, Sven-Åke Kollberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moheda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 16th minute, Bergkvara's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sven-Åke Kollberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Stig Bruse in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lennart Engström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Stig Bruse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Lennart Engström made a huge save. In the 27th match minute, Bergkvara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Aleberg to maneuver through the defense. Lennart Engström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Hultman in the 29th minute of play. Lennart Engström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Åke Kollberg in the 31st minute. Kent Hultman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Lennart Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arman Sundberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Kent Hultman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Engström having to interfere. Lennart Engström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 79 played minutes Moheda got a freekick which was hit by Elliot Hellström. 82 minutes into the game, Stig Bruse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Lennart Engström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kent Hultman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute Kent Hultman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moheda's Kent Hultman got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moheda were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bergkvara for a fine match.
